Better movement.
Less pain.

Small-group clinical workshops with Yaser Moosavian

The same hands-on, outcomes-first approach Yaser brings to one-on-one treatment, delivered to a small group of people who want to understand what's actually causing their pain and what to do about it. Sessions are kept small on purpose.

Practical, Not Theoretical

One-on-one fixes the problem.
A workshop teaches you to keep it fixed.

Treatment in the clinic resolves what's hurting today. A workshop gives you the understanding of why it happened, the movement patterns that contribute, and the practical work you can do between sessions to stop it coming back.

These workshops are run by Yaser personally. They're not run by a junior, not pre-recorded, and not generic. You're in the room with the practitioner, working through real material on your own body.

Four areas the workshop covers

Each session blends practical assessment with movement work. You leave with material you can use, not notes you'll forget.

01

Where the pain is coming from

Common patterns Yaser sees in the clinic. Why your neck, lower back, hip, or shoulder is the one always flaring up, and what the actual driver tends to be.

02

Posture and load, in plain terms

What "bad posture" actually means and what it doesn't. How load through the day adds up. The handful of habits that move the needle.

03

The work you do between sessions

Movement, mobility, and recovery work you can do at home in fifteen minutes. Targeted to what's actually wrong, not a generic stretching routine.

04

When to seek treatment, when not to

How to read your own body. The signs that something has shifted from inconvenient to clinical. How to make better decisions about your own care.

Small, in person, practical

Workshops are deliberately kept small. The format is designed for a working session, not a lecture.

  • Approximately 90 minutes, in person at the Wollongong clinic
  • Small group size, capped to keep attention on each participant
  • Practical assessment plus movement work, on your own body
  • Take-home material you can actually use the next day
  • Time at the end for individual questions

Built for people who want answers,
not a relaxing afternoon

This is for you if

  • You have a recurring complaint that flares up and you're tired of managing it
  • You want to understand the why, not just be told what to do
  • You're prepared to put fifteen minutes a day into your own recovery
  • You'd rather learn from a practising clinician than a generic online course

This is not for you if

  • You're looking for a relaxing massage workshop or spa experience
  • You want a one-size-fits-all stretching program
  • You're hoping for a quick fix without doing the practical work
  • You need acute clinical care, that's a one-on-one appointment, not a workshop

Worth answering up front

When will the workshops actually run?

The first sessions are in pilot phase later in 2026. The first round is by invitation so the format can be refined with direct feedback. Paid sessions follow after the pilot. Registering puts you on the list for both, so you hear first.

How much will they cost?

Pricing isn't set yet. The first pilot sessions are free for the invited group. Paid sessions will be priced in line with the small-group, in-person format. You'll hear the number before you're asked to commit.

Is this the same as a treatment session?

No. Workshops are educational and practical, in a group setting. Hands-on clinical treatment is a one-on-one appointment, which you can book at any time through the main site.

Do I need to be an existing client?

No. Workshops are open to new and existing clients. Existing clients are likely to hear about dates first because they're already on the clinic list.

Where are they held?

At the clinic at 260 Keira Street, Wollongong, inside Clublime Gym. Free street parking nearby and on public transport routes.

What if I register and then change my mind?

Registering interest doesn't commit you to anything. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time using the link in any email we send.
